The entrance test at WU
For Business, Economics and Social Sciences (WISO), Business Law (WiRe) and Business and Economics (BBE): how the procedure works and how many get a place. Our entrance-test course follows after Mathematics (CBK) and the STEOP.
The entrance test: the 2027 procedure
WU says information on the 2027/28 procedure will be published in mid-November. Until then, this page shows the 2026 dates for orientation, each marked as 2026; unless stated otherwise they are the WISO dates. We update the page on the day WU publishes.1

Registration and fee
Online in WU’s registration tool. A registration fee (€50 for WISO in 2026) that must arrive by the deadline and is not refunded.

How many get a place
Only those who complete the admission procedure successfully can enrol. In 2026 far more people sat the exam than there were places in all three programmes; for BBE, more than ten times as many.
